Not only is my focus the team, but take time to create custom work for the agents - anything from business cards to brainstorming personalized ways to reach their SOI.

Established a digital marketing team of three with 50 clients. The position consist of many roles requiring tons of communication and organization. As the leader of the team I was responsible for keeping track of projects and making sure my team and my clients were on the same page - guiding my clients with advice, expertise and knowledge. This ranged from coaching them through their videos, offering strategies to their marketing efforts and helping them stay organized. Each client was different and had individual marketing goals/expectations.
